We use USPS Priority mail for most of our shipping. It typically takes 2-3 business days for delivery once the package is in the hands of the Postal Service. We reliably ship within 24 hours of receiving your order except for Sundays and holidays, when the Post Office is closed. We use either UPS 2-day or USPS Express Mail for expedited delivery, which usually takes 1 to 2 business days for delivery after the carrier receives the parcel from us. Express service is NOT overnight delivery. Express Mail parcels are even delivered on Sundays in most areas and will require a signature. We insure some of our more expensive items. If your package is valued at more than $190, a signature may be required at delivery.

Why do we use Priority mail? Simple answer: It is faster, period. You will have your watch in 2 or 3 days instead of a week or more, and mail is delivered on Saturdays, too. Priority mail does not offer tracking, but tracking does not prevent your watch from being lost in transit. Priority mail is reliable. We have shipped thousands of watches, and we have lost zero. We have not had that success using other carriers.

PLEASE NOTE: There is no tracking number for Priority Mail. It has delivery confirmation, which confirms that delivery was made, with the date and time. But it will not tell you where your package is from day to day. 

Hawaii and Alaska customers: There may be a 1-2 day delay in shipping your watch. Please allow for extra shipping time. 

We are not responsible for late deliveries once the package is in the hands of the Postal Service or UPS, and we will not refund Express shipping charges if the package is late, unless the fault is ours and we did not ship as promised.

Great Timing is an eco-friendly company. We believe in doing our part to save trees and the environment and to reduce paper waste. Thus, there will be no paper invoice in your package. You will receive a receipt via email when you place your order. If you want a paper copy, you may wish to print the email.
